DG型車(che)輛用(yong)液壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)為(wei)雙作(zuo)用(yong)單活塞桿式液壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang),主要用(yong)于(yu)車(che)輛、工程機(ji)械(xie)(xie)、起重(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)、礦山機(ji)械(xie)(xie)、冶金(jin)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)及(ji)其它機(ji)械(xie)(xie)的液壓(ya)系統(tong)。

在允許的(de)情況下,液壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體壁厚安(an)全系(xi)數盡量選大一些,使(shi)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體厚壁增加(jia),特別是高壓工(gong)況下使(shi)用的(de)油缸(gang)(gang)(gang),以減小油壓下的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體變形,變形后(hou)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)體也(ye)會引起液壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)低(di)速爬行。
現(xian)象(一):機(ji)械損傷
原因:
1.在配(pei)合面上有傷痕
2.含有(you)金屬類雜物或其它雜質(zhi)
3.裝配(pei)時配(pei)合面倒(dao)角處有毛(mao)刺
防止措施:
1.裝配前檢查(cha),清(qing)洗(xi)干(gan)凈零件,不允許有任(ren)何雜質進(jin)入
2.改善系統過濾裝置(zhi),按時更(geng)換系統介質
3.加大配(pei)合面的倒角,并使之盡量光滑,去掉(diao)毛刺和飛邊(bian)
原因:
1.配合間隙設(she)計過大
2.系統壓力過高
3.支(zhi)撐環剛度不夠產生間隙
防止措施:
1.減少(shao)配合間隙
2.加支撐環
3.壓力過(guo)高,可增(zeng)加一道緩沖密封
3.重新選(xuan)擇密(mi)封(feng)材料
4.更改(gai)支撐環材(cai)料或尺寸(cun)
